Oxford Lane Capital to redeem 2.8M preferred shares at $25

Oxford Lane Capital Corp. announced a partial redemption of its 6.25% Series 2027 Term Preferred Stock (OXLCP). The company will redeem 2,800,000 shares on May 1, 2026, at a price of $25 per share. The Depository Trust Company will determine the allocation of this partial redemption by lottery among participant accounts. Holders of redeemed shares will not receive distributions on or after the redemption date.
