Parsons Wins 16-Year NYC Wastewater Tunnel Construction Contract

Parsons Corporation announced its selection by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to provide construction management services for the Newtown Creek Combined Sewer Overflow Storage Tunnel project. As a member of the Newtown Creek CSO Partners joint venture, Parsons will support the 16-year underground infrastructure program, which is one of New York City's most significant wastewater investments. The project aims to eliminate untreated sewer discharges into local waterways, improving water quality and public health.
