Rapport's RAP-219 shows 90% seizure reduction in Phase 2a follow-up

Rapport Therapeutics announced positive follow-up results from its Phase 2a trial of RAP-219 for focal onset seizures. The drug demonstrated clinically meaningful efficacy, with a 90% median reduction in clinical seizures during weeks 9-12 and a 59% reduction during weeks 13-16, due to its sustained therapeutic levels. The estimated half-life of RAP-219 has been revised to approximately 22 days, up from 14 days, and it was well tolerated.
