Real Brokerage & REMAX Holdings Merger Receives HSR Early Termination

Real Brokerage Inc. announced that the U.S. Department of Justice granted early termination of the waiting period under the HSR Act for its proposed merger with REMAX Holdings on July 13, 2026. This follows the voluntary withdrawal and refiling of HSR notification forms in June 2026. The completion of the merger is still contingent upon satisfying other customary closing conditions, including obtaining requisite approvals from the securityholders of both Real and REMAX Holdings.
