Seer's Proteograph shows AI potential for multi-cancer screening

Seer, Inc. announced preliminary data at the 2026 ASMS Annual Conference, demonstrating the potential of its Proteograph Product Suite for AI-driven multi-cancer screening. The findings, from a collaboration with Korea University, involved analyzing over 5,500 plasma samples across ten cancer types. Researchers reported deep and reproducible plasma proteome coverage, averaging over 14,000 protein groups per sample, and are developing an ID-Free AI framework to leverage complex proteomic datasets for improved screening strategies. The collaboration aims to analyze over 20,000 clinical plasma samples.
