Shopify Shareholders Elect Directors, Reappoint Auditors at Annual Meeting

Shopify Inc. announced the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 16, 2026. All ten director nominees were elected to the Board of Directors, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the company's auditors. Shareholders also approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the company's executive compensation strategy. However, a shareholder proposal concerning an artificial intelligence policy did not receive approval.
