Solésence Settles Dispute with Refy for $938K; New SPF Product Deal

Solésence, Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Solésence, LLC, has entered into a Settlement Agreement and Release with Refy Beauty Ltd. to resolve disputes concerning previously sold consumer care products. Under the agreement, Solésence will pay Refy the British Pound Sterling equivalent of $938,000 in twelve equal monthly installments, with the first payment due on August 5, 2026. The parties also agreed to a six-month exclusivity period for the development of a new SPF product, with the potential for the final six installment payments to be credited towards a new supply agreement for this product.
