SoundHound AI to Acquire LivePerson via Merger Agreement

SoundHound AI, Inc. has entered into a Merger Agreement with LivePerson, Inc. Under the agreement, SoundHound's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Lightspeed Merger Sub Inc., will merge with and into LivePerson. Upon the merger's effectiveness, LivePerson will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SoundHound AI. Each share of LivePerson common stock will be converted into a right to receive a number of shares of SoundHound Class A common stock.
