Sow Good Acquires Nachu Graphite Project for ~$107M

Sow Good Inc. announced the acquisition of the Nachu Graphite Project, described as one of the largest high-purity natural flake graphite deposits outside China. The acquisition is valued at approximately $107 million in an all-stock consideration. This strategic move is intended to anchor the West's battery supply chain, with the project reporting an NPV10 of US$1.2 billion.
