Spyre Therapeutics Expands SPY003 License Field with Paragon

Spyre Therapeutics, Inc. amended its SPY003 License Agreement with Paragon Therapeutics, Inc. on May 29, 2026. The amendment significantly expands the "Field" for SPY003 from solely inflammatory bowel disease to include all therapeutic, prophylactic, palliative, and diagnostic uses. This expansion is subject to certain dosing restrictions, specifically until June 1, 2028, for combination therapies and June 1, 2030, for monotherapies outside inflammatory bowel disease. These restrictions may terminate earlier, by June 1, 2028, upon a material transaction like a change of control.
