SRx Health Solutions & EMJ Crypto Acquire 4.99% of Smartkem

SRx Health Solutions, in conjunction with EMJ Crypto Technologies, with whom it has a definitive merger agreement, announced the acquisition of a 4.99% equity stake in Smartkem, Inc., a leader in advanced materials. The companies also purchased convertible preferred securities in Smartkem through a non-brokered private placement. A Registration Statement on Form S-4 has been filed with the SEC regarding the common stock to be issued in connection with the proposed merger between SRx Health Solutions and EMJ Crypto Technologies.
