State Street Appoints New Enterprise COO; Alpha President Named

State Street Corporation announced two executive leadership appointments effective immediately. Mostapha Tahiri, previously Enterprise Chief Operating Officer, is now President of State Street Alpha and will retain his role as Chairman of Asia Pacific. Ann Fogarty, formerly Investment Services Chief Operating Officer, succeeds Mr. Tahiri as Enterprise Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Fogarty's compensation package includes a target incentive award of $5,650,000.
