Sunbelt Rentals Appoints Ekta Singh-Bushell to Board of Directors

Sunbelt Rentals Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Ekta Singh-Bushell to its Board of Directors as a non-executive director, effective August 1, 2026. The Board's size was increased from nine to ten directors to facilitate this appointment. Ms. Singh-Bushell will also serve on the Audit Committee and brings extensive experience in finance, audit, technology, business transformation, and cybersecurity from her roles at various public boards and companies like Dragos Inc., Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Ernst & Young.
