Tango Therapeutics Reports 92% ORR with Vopimetostat Combo in Pancreatic Cancer
Tango Therapeutics, Inc. announced positive initial safety and efficacy data from its Phase 1/2 combination trial evaluating vopimetostat with Revolution Medicines' RAS(ON) inhibitors in patients with MTAP-deleted and RAS-mutant pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The combination of vopimetostat and daraxonrasib demonstrated a 92% objective response rate (ORR) and a 90% six-month progression-free survival (PFS) rate in PDAC patients. The combination of vopimetostat and zoldonrasib showed a 52% ORR and a 74% six-month PFS rate in PDAC patients. Based on these results, Tango plans to advance the vopimetostat plus daraxonrasib combination into Phase 3 development for front-line pancreatic cancer.
