Tempest Therapeutics Appoints John Frederick to Board of Directors

Tempest Therapeutics, Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. John Frederick to its Board of Directors, effective October 13, 2026. Mr. Frederick, aged 62, brings extensive financial and operational executive experience from various public, private equity-backed, and venture-backed companies, including recent roles as CFO and Chief Transformation Officer at Skillsoft Corp. He will serve as a Class III director until the 2027 annual meeting. As a non-employee director, he will be compensated according to the Company's policy, including an initial stock option award.
