Tiziana completes enrollment in Phase 2a trial for na-SPMS drug

Tiziana Life Sciences has completed patient enrollment in its randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2a clinical trial (INFORM-MS) for intranasal foralumab in patients with non-active Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (na-SPMS). This multicenter study enrolled 48 patients across U.S. sites, marking the first placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial for the novel anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody. Topline data is anticipated in late Q3 2026 and will be presented at the ACTRIMS and ECTRIMS meeting in October 2026. Following the blinded phase, all participants will have the option to enter a six-month open-label extension to assess long-term safety and sustained benefits.
