TORM Increases Share Capital by 28,144 A-Shares via RSU Exercise

TORM plc has increased its share capital by 28,144 A-shares, corresponding to a nominal value of $281.44. This increase resulted from the exercise of Restricted Share Units (RSUs) as part of the company's incentive program. The new shares were subscribed for in cash at DKK 127.30, DKK 139.90, and DKK 195.50 per A-share. Following this capital increase, TORM's total share capital amounts to $1,023,671.18, divided into 102,367,118 A-shares.
