Translational Development Affirms Effective Controls

Translational Development Acquisition Corp. filed an amendment to its 10-K, primarily to update Item 9A "Controls and Procedures" and include new certifications under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Management concluded that the company's disclosure controls and procedures, as well as its internal control over financial reporting, were effective as of December 31, 2025.
