Trex Upgrades Distribution Network, Raises Full-Year Guidance

Trex Company announced a significant upgrade to its North American distribution network, entering a National Distribution Agreement with U.S. Lumber Group (now Specialty Building Products or SBP). SBP will become Trex's sole and exclusive national distributor for decking, railing, and other products in the U.S. and Canada starting January 1, 2027. Concurrently, Trex terminated its distribution relationship with Boise Cascade Company. The company also reported preliminary Q2 2026 net sales of approximately $418 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $112 million, both exceeding prior guidance, and subsequently raised its full-year 2026 guidance for net sales and Adjusted EBITDA.
