Venu Partners with Legends Global for Amphitheater Management

Venu Holding Corp.'s subsidiary, Sunset Operations at Broken Arrow, LLC, has signed a Consulting and Management Agreement with Legends Global Theater Management, LLC. This partnership designates Legends Global as the exclusive manager for the Regent Bank Amphitheater (The Sunset BA) in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, which is targeted to open in Fall 2026. Legends Global will provide pre-opening advisory services and, post-opening, will manage day-to-day operations, event booking, staffing, and marketing for the 12,500-seat venue. Venu will retain oversight of sponsorship agreements and direct booking through its internal team and promoter partners.
