Vista Energy Repurchases 50,000 Series A Shares for MXN 60.65M

Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. announced the repurchase of 50,000 Series A shares on July 24, 2026. The shares were bought back at a price of Mexican Pesos $1,213.01 per share, totaling approximately Mexican Pesos $60,650,500. This action was approved at the general ordinary shareholders' meeting held on April 28, 2026. Following the repurchase, Vista Energy has 111,392,402 Series A shares outstanding and 909,351 Series A shares held in Treasury.
