Vulcan NAFTA Tribunal Finds Mexico Violated Agreement; Damages Negligible

Vulcan Materials Company provided an update on its North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) arbitration against Mexico, originally filed in 2018. The NAFTA tribunal issued a decision finding that Mexico violated the agreement in several respects. However, the monetary damages awarded to Vulcan for these violations were negligible. The decision will remain confidential until it is publicly available.
