Willis Lease Finance Acquires 3 Florida Buildings for $118M

Willis Lease Finance Corporation has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire three commercial buildings in Coconut Creek, Florida, for $118.0 million. The acquisition, totaling 375,000 square feet, is intended to support the company's expanding operations. These properties will house its corporate headquarters, spare parts business, maintenance repair and overhaul services, and provide space for preservation and engine storage.
