WM Technology Adjourns Annual Meeting to July 16 for Declassification Vote

WM Technology, Inc. announced the adjournment of its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, originally held on June 24, 2026. The meeting has been reconvened for July 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, to allow additional time for stockholders to vote on the proposal to declassify the Board of Directors. The record date of April 27, 2026, remains unchanged, and the Board strongly recommends voting in favor of all proposals, particularly the declassification.
