Woodward Appoints Frederico F. Curado to Board, Expands to 10 Directors

Woodward, Inc. announced the election of Frederico F. Curado to its Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2026. Mr. Curado will also serve on the Board's Audit Committee. To accommodate this appointment, the Board increased the authorized number of directors from nine to 10. He will receive compensation in accordance with the Company's Outside Director Compensation Policy.
