Management Comments
Jaco van der Merwe
We reported second quarter results with increased net sales, EBITDA and backlog. Materials Solutions orders continued to remain strong, while dealers reported healthy inventory levels and rental conversions. For Infrastructure Solutions, order patterns remained consistent with the prior year, however macro-driven events are impacting the timing of shipments for asphalt plants. As such, we are revising our full year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance from the previous range of $170 million to $190 million to $160 million to $175 million.
