This has been a quarter of significant change for FOX, and we have taken decisive steps to position the Company for improved execution. The divestment of Marucci simplified our portfolio, increased our focus on our core product offerings and allowed us to substantially reduce our debt. Our third quarter results reflect the pressures we described in our October update, including a supply disruption in Powered Vehicles, higher input costs and operational challenges in our Aftermarket Applications’ upfit business. FOX has great brands, great products and a great team, and I believe there is a significant opportunity to turn those strengths into stronger, more consistent financial results. That starts with how we operate. As ‘One FOX’, we are working business-by-business and plant-by-plant to address the issues within our control, streamline our processes and hold ourselves accountable for results. At the same time, we will continue to prioritize investment in the high-performance products that our customers count on.
