The business continues to make headway in strengthening the foundation and optimizing our balance sheet, and we are seeing those efforts pay off. We are pleased to deliver another solid quarter as we prepare for our next chapter with Smith Ventures and CommerceOne.

It was a solid second quarter, coming in modestly ahead of our internal expectations, with several of our divisions generating better-than-expected operating income. Adjusted EBITDA was lower year over year due to the timing of tax revenues and up 5% year to date. The returns on our investments to support and drive growth are becoming more evident, and I am equally proud of the team for building a culture of cost containment and efficiency.
