Third quarter results reflect exceptional tenant demand, the quality of our portfolio, and disciplined capital allocation. We delivered 3.6% Same Property NOI growth and executed over 1.2 million square feet of leasing, including comparable blended lease spreads of 14.6%. This strong leasing volume increased our signed-not-open NOI pipeline to nearly $39 million and boosted our leased-to-occupied spread to an all-time high of 360 basis points. We continued to advance our capital allocation initiatives during the quarter while earning a BBB+ credit rating upgrade from Fitch, further validating the strength of our portfolio and balance sheet.
