Management Comments
Josh Charlesworth
We made significant progress on our turnaround in the third quarter, growing systemwide sales through international franchise expansion, reducing leverage, and improving free cash flow compared to last year. Our results demonstrate the success of the actions we are taking to drive sustainable, profitable growth and improve profitability, including a significant expansion in Adjusted EBITDA margin of 240 basis points compared to last year when excluding the cyber insurance recovery. We remain focused on successfully executing our turnaround plan and as a result are confident in our decision to increase and narrow our 2026 revenue guidance range.
