Our second quarter results were consistent with our expectations, highlighted by 100% collection of contractual rent during the period. We remain focused on disciplined capital allocation and managing risk across our portfolio. Subsequent to quarter end, we were pleased to extend the maturity of our revolving credit facility to May 2029 while lowering our borrowing cost, and deploy capital into an accretive dispensary acquisition in Kentucky.
