Grameva Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Discuss Key Appointments and Project Proposals for FY 2026-27

Grameva Ltd, formerly known as Bangalore Fort Farms Limited, has announced a Board of Directors meeting on the 11th of April, 2026. The meeting, to be held at the company's registered office in Kolkata and via video conferencing, will discuss several key agenda items. These include the appointment of a Secretarial Auditor for the FY 2026-27, the appointment of M/s. Tibrewalla & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditor for the same fiscal year, and the consideration and approval of various project proposals. These proposals encompass the setting up of a Layer Farming unit, a Feed Mill Project unit, a Piggery unit, and an Aquaculture unit.
