Prithvi Exchange (India) Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will be closed for promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026.
