Shantidoot Infra Services Ltd. to Raise ₹ 12 Crores through Right Issue

Shantidoot Infra Services Ltd. has approved the increase in its authorized share capital from ₹ 3,00,00,000.00 to ₹ 13,00,00,000.00 divided into 1,30,00,000 Equity Shares of ₹ 10.00 each. The company also approved the raising of funds up to ₹ 12,00,00,000.00 through a Rights Issue to eligible equity shareholders. The Rights Issue will be subject to regulatory approvals and the record date is yet to be notified.
