Ashiana Housing Ltd. Postpones 1st EGM to 22nd April 2026, Appoints Mr. Vikas Choudhury as Independent Director

Ashiana Housing Ltd. has postponed its 1st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for FY 2026-27 to 22nd April 2026 due to unavoidable circumstances. The EGM will be held through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with MCA general circulars and SEBI regulations. The record date for taking record of shareholders entitled to voting for the purpose of EGM is 15th April 2026. The Notice of EGM has been sent to members of the Company and uploaded on the Company’s website. The EGM will transact the special business of considering and passing, with or without modification, the resolution for the appointment of Mr. Vikas Choudhury as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of three years.
