Tata Steel Ltd Acquires Remaining 0.01% Stake in Tata Steel Colors Private Limited for ₹0.03 Crore

Tata Steel Limited has completed the acquisition of the remaining 10,000 equity shares of face value ₹10/- each in Tata Steel Colors Private Limited (Formerly Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited), a subsidiary company. The acquisition was made from BlueScope Steel Asia Holdings Pty Ltd for a consideration of ₹0.03 crore, as per the terms and conditions of the Share Purchase Agreement executed on November 12, 2025. This has increased the Company’s shareholding in TSCPL from 99.99% to 100%, making TSCPL an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
