Athena Global Technologies Acquires Medleymed Healthcare Solutions, Disinvests in Medley Medical Solutions

Athena Global Technologies Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 100% equity shareholding of Medleymed Healthcare Solutions Private Limited, making it a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS). The company has also approved the disinvestment in Medley Medical Solutions Private Limited. The acquisition is a related party transaction, conducted at 'arm’s length' and in the ordinary course of business. The disinvestment is expected to be completed by 31.03.2026. The acquisition cost is Rs. 10,000 and Medleymed Healthcare Solutions has a turnover of approximately 44.18 Lakhs in FY-2025.
