KD Leisures Ltd: Appointment of Ms. Anubha Kumari Sinha as Additional Director and Resignation of Mr. Dileep Kumar

The Board of Directors of KD Leisures Ltd, at their meeting held on Tuesday, 17th February, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Anubha Kumari Sinha as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Director. Ms. Sinha holds a Master’s degree and brings advanced academic knowledge and specialized expertise to the Board. The Board also took on record the resignation of Mr. Dileep Kumar, who resigned from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director due to pre-occupation in other personal business.
