NAPS Global India Limited has acquired 15,10,000 Equity Shares representing 99.33% of the Share capital of Purple Impex India Private Limited on December 31, 2025. This acquisition makes Purple Impex India Private Limited a subsidiary of NAPS Global India Limited. The acquisition falls within related party transactions as the promoter/promoter group has an interest in the transaction and Purple Impex India Private Limited is a subsidiary of NAPS Global India Limited.
