NIIT Learning Systems Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

NIIT Learning Systems Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of these results will be intimated separately.
