Univa Foods Ltd Announces Changes in Board of Directors

Univa Foods Ltd announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on Thursday, 02nd April, 2026. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Jignesh Keshav Barot and Ms. Rinku Saini as Additional (Non - Executive Independent Directors) for a period of 5 years. The Board also took note of the resignation of Mr. Sachin Shivaji Wagh and Mrs. Kinjal Gandhi from their positions as Non - Executive Independent Directors, effective from 01st April, 2026. The resignations were due to personal reasons and there are no other material reasons for their resignation.
