Zydus Lifesciences Ltd has received a favourable order from the Adjudication Authority, Gandhinagar, GST Department, dated March 24, 2026, resulting in the drop of GST demand of Rs. 41.77 million for the financial year 2019-20. This event is not considered material as per regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the materiality policy of the Company, and is being shared purely on a voluntary basis as a good governance practice.
