Lake Shore Realty Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure. The trading window will remain closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of these results will be communicated in due course.
