Manbro Industries Limited, a BSE listed company, has completed a strategic acquisition of 99.84% equity stake of KD Infrastructures Private Limited. This acquisition is aimed at expanding Manbro's business operations in the field of fabricated steel infrastructure solutions. KD Infrastructures is setting up a specialized steel fabrication facility with an annual capacity of 25,000 MT, offering comprehensive turnkey fabrication and infrastructure solutions across key sectors. The acquisition will cater to a diverse and high-demand product segment, including galvanized structural products, power infrastructure components, solar structures, lighting & urban poles, fabricated industrial items, and electro-optical components. This diversified product portfolio is a high-margin business and positions the company as a multi-sector infrastructure solutions provider with strong scalability potential.
