Stovec Industries Ltd has announced that its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 02:30 p.m. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing/other audio-visual means (VC/OAVM) in compliance with MCA General Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025, and other applicable provisions. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from May 1, 2026, to May 7, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.
