Sai Life Sciences Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

Sai Life Sciences Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the company's Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
