The Board of Directors of Shayona Engineering Ltd announced the resignation of Ms. Arti Ankitkumar Singh from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer due to pursuance of an external opportunity. The Board thanked her for her contributions and placed on record its appreciation for her services. The Board also approved the appointment of Ms. Bhumi Sagar Mehta as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from 8th April, 2026.
