HEG Ltd to Approve Audited Financial Results and Consider Dividend Payment for FY 2025-2026

HEG Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 29th April, 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The Board will also consider and recommend the payment of dividend for the Financial Year 2025-2026. The trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the company has been closed from 1st April, 2026 and will reopen from 2nd May, 2026.
