Viyash Scientific Ltd. submitted a clarification letter to the stock exchanges regarding the intimation of the resignation of Dr. Fabian Kausche and Mr. Gregory Andrews, Non-Executive Directors of the Company. The letter addressed an inadvertent error in the date mentioned on the covering letter, which was shown as March 30, 2025 instead of the correct date, March 30, 2026.
