DIC India Ltd Receives Demand Order of ₹ 2,81,472 from Superintendent of GST, Range-III Ambattur Division

DIC India Ltd has received a demand order under CGST/TNGST Act with a total demand of ₹ 2,81,472, comprising of tax amount of ₹ 1,40,736/-, penalty of ₹ 1,40,736/- along with applicable interest. The demand is raised due to alleged duplicate generation of E-Way Bills during the financial year 2019-20 to 2021-22. The company has no impact on financial, operation or other activities, except as mentioned above.
